About us...
Conifer Mountain Neighbors (CMN) is replacing the former Conifer Mountain HOA! We are a non-enforcement community of residents focused on providing helpful information and possibly services for the residents of Conifer Mountain. A summary of the CMN mission from our ByLaws:

To promote and support the civic, safety, and educational interests of the residents of the Conifer Mountain subdivision, Jefferson County, Colorado;

To foster a sense of community among residents by organizing and conducting neighborhood-based programs, services, activities, meetings and events for the benefit of the residents;

To provide educational resources and information to residents regarding wildfire risk awareness, defensible space, homeowners insurance, emergency preparedness, and other matters affecting community safety and welfare;

To serve as an educational forum to discuss issues affecting the Conifer Mountain subdivision residents;

To advocate for the interests of the Conifer Mountain subdivision residents

The 2026 Annual Meeting of homeowners was held at Elk Creek Fire Station No. 3 on May 2, 2026. It was great to see so many neighbors in attendance! Minutes and materials from the session are linked below.
